Competition Terms and Conditions

How to Enter

To enter applicants must visit the competition page (https://www.faithfulltools.com/competition) and submit their entry. This competition is limited to one entry per person.

Start and End Date

The competition opens on the 23rd of September 2024 and ends at midnight on the 30th of September 2024

Restrictions

Employees of Faithfull Tools and Dormole Ltd are not eligible to enter.
Applicants must live in the UK or Ireland (The winner's prize will only be shipped to a UK or Ireland address).
Age restrictions apply, all applicants must be 18 and over to enter. Proof of age may be required if you are a selected winner.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from entrants adhering to the rules of the competition.

The first drawn winner will be entitled to a woodworking bundle worth £500 (list price) or more (no cash alternative will be offered).

Four more additional prize winners will receive one of the following prizes (no cash alternative will be offered):

We cannot respond to every applicant individually. If you are the selected winner you will be contacted directly by private message or email by a member of the Faithfull Tools marketing team. Arrangements will then be made regarding the delivery of the prize and optional post-competition publicity.

The winner will be selected after the campaign end date of 30/09/2024 and contacted via the email provided upon entry. The chosen winner has 21 days to respond and claim their prize. If we receive no response after 21 days, the prize will be redrawn or passed to the entrant who was deemed as the runner-up during the selection process.
All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into at any time during or after the competition closing date.

Competition Details

This is a Faithfull Tools promotion and is not associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other company/brand. We reserve the right to amend the rules or offer alternative prizes for this competition if necessary.

Privacy

Faithfull Tools will not retain any personal data provided in relation to this competition.

Disqualification

We retain the right to disqualify any entrants or entries if we have reason to suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing of a third party’s intellectual property rights or if there has been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
