Turning chisels for use on woodturning lathes.
Manufactured from High Speed Steel and hardened to 57-63 HRC, these chisels will perform well in both hard and soft woods. They maintain a sharp cutting edge much longer than their carbon steel equivalents, requiring less time being re-sharpened.
They are fitted with full sized contoured Walnut (Juglans) wood handles for user comfort and brass ferrules.
This product is made with FSC® 100% Certified Wood from well-managed forests.
Roughing Out Gouge for removing large amounts of timber quickly. Can also be used to plane the surface of spindle blanks and shape gentle curves.
