This Faithfull rule is extruded from 50mm wide anodised aluminium, and is clearly graduated on both edges.

It also features a handy metric / imperial conversion chart on the reverse and a hanging hole for storage. Imperial and Metric markings.

I use these everyday as a pair i.e. two together and all day long. They are used not just to measure but as a comparator and also to cut against with Stanley blades.

Tolerance is good and clear to read, they are sturdy and handle the rough and tumble of daily use.

18 months is about the life span with this sort of use and would go on longer if the scales didn't rub away with use.

Still a 5 star product.

How thick is the ruler?

This ruler is 2.8mm thick.

Width is 50mm, at 36mm the thickness tapers down to 1mm
