This Philadelphia Pattern Brick Trowel is designed for levelling, spreading and shaping mortar or cement.
The blade is solid forged from one-piece of chrome vanadium steel, which is taper ground for strength and flexibility. The polished and hardened edges ensure resistance to abrasion for a long working life.
This trowel is well balanced with a high lift soft-grip handle for a superior grip and sufficient knuckle clearance. The handle is complete with a heavy-duty end cap, designed to withstand continuous use when tapping bricks.
As a Prestige product it is manufactured to the highest standards and is covered by a 10 year guarantee.

Got a thing about trowels having had 2 carpel tunnel operations. Bought this to try out having used just about every trowel on the market. In comparison to Marshall towns it's a bit heavier and more rigid, but it will get 4 solid blocks down to to the line no problem ,with ease in fact. It feels as though it could demolish a house, solid, strong, and we'll made. After 8 hrs use you need to put it down, can be hard on the wrist. Worth the money, pick your job to use it on (common block work ) , not as light and flexible as M/town but they are not what they used to be.
