Ideal for final finishing of cabinet work and general joinery. Precision machined for accurate adjustment.

Suitable for both hard and soft woods.

Made with a quality grey cast iron body for strength and stability with precision ground base and sides for flatness and squareness. Machined seatings eliminate movement and blade judder. A lever cap with a brass locking screw secures the blade assembly and enables easy release for sharpening. Wooden handles and guidance knobs maximise user comfort. A solid brass blade adjustment nut completes the appeal of these traditional tools.

Blade will require honing before use.

e la mia prima pialla posso dire che funziona bene per 30 euro non so cosa dire e perfetta. Sto pensando di acquistare un altra ma non so quale. (It's my first planer and I can say that it works well. For 30 euros, I don't know what to say—it's perfect. I'm thinking of buying another one, but I don't know which one.)

This is not just a good plane for the price it is a good plane at any price. The plane is well made and the blade is spot on and keeps its edge. But - what is absolutely amazing is that for the first time I have a plane where the adjustment wheel to raise and lower the blade actually works. Like my Faithfull block plane this plane is just brilliant.
