The pin chuck is a useful accessory for holding drills too small to be held by standard capacity drill chucks.

Supplied with three collets of the following sizes:
0 - 0.75mm (0 - 1/32in)
0.75 - 1.5mm (1/32 - 1/16in)
1.5 - 2.5mm (1/16 - 3/32in).

As an instrument maker using a bench drill for accurate and truly vertical drilling, I have found the pin chucks invaluable for drilling smaller hole sizes, which the No.2 morse tapered larger chuck supplied with the bench drill, cannot handle.

In my view, a set of these pin chucks is an essential part of any workshop whether drilling metal, composites or wood; great tools!

Shank size is 6.4mm (1/4 inch).
