No, one end of this bar is pointed, the other is a bent chisel.
Hitting it with a club hammer would be less effective than relying on the weight of the bar itself. It is so heavy it is possible to break up thick concrete using its own momentum - ie by lifting the bar and dropping it down repeatedly.
