Faithfull Tools Backs Charlie Mann Motorsport in 2023 Formula Ford Campaign

We are delighted to announce the renewal of our sponsorship of Charlie Mann Motorsport for the 2023 season. This partnership will see Faithfull Tools support Charlie Mann as he embarks on a new challenge, entering the world of Formula Ford.

Charlie’s passion for racing began in karting at 8 years old. He raced at club level, and quickly progressed to British level. The thrill of the competition lead to the move to saloon car racing at just 15 years old. Competing across the country in the Junior Saloon Car Championship, Charlie honed his skills and continued to climb the ranks.

After three years of success in the Mini Challenge, with many race wins and podium finishes, Charlie found himself drawn to the history and challenge of Formula Ford. With the names of racing legends like Jenson Button and Mark Webber on the winners list of the famous Formula Ford Festival, the opportunity to compete in this famous single-seater race was an irresistible challenge.

For Charlie, it’s not just about the competition, but about the learning experience and progression. Formula Ford 1600 is steeped in history and known worldwide, with close racing that will test even the most skilled drivers. It will be a challenge to compete against the large race teams, but Charlie has a strong family and friends team behind him and is ready to take on the challenge.

The dream for Charlie is to continue racing and instructing, with the ultimate goal of becoming a British GT driver or British Touring Car driver. With the support of Faithfull Tools, Charlie is ready to take on any challenge that comes his way.

Charlie is passionate about helping others progress in motorsport as well. He runs a kart team under the banner of Mann Motorsport, providing support to young karters and their parents as they navigate the world of racing. As an ARDS race instructor grade B, Charlie also spends time instructing at race circuits, passing on his knowledge and experience to others.

Racing is more than just a hobby or career for Charlie, it’s a lifestyle. It’s about the thrill of competition, the challenge of pushing oneself to the limit, and the joy of sharing that passion with others.
