Designed for end grain work or in any situation where a single handed operation is required. The low angle cutter and fully adjustable mouth from wide for coarse work to narrow for the fine shaving of awkward grain, make these planes ideal for all types of end grain work.

Cutter seated at 13.1/2 degrees.
Particularly effective on end grain and plastic laminates.

Blade will require honing before use.

Supplied in a wooden case.

I received one of these for my birthday and I'm delighted. After a short time honing on a Faithful double sided diamond stone, it was sharp enough to shave my arm. It's beautiful to use too. There's a lot of snobbery about planes but this works just fine for me.

I have had one of these planes for about two years now. It is just brilliant and has become one of my favorite tools. Well made with a superb blade which keeps its edge really well. You can pay a fortune for planes. Don't bother - get one of these they are superb and easily match the more expensive stuff.
